Educational Programmes

Research and education are dynamic processes, and members of staff working in this field require clearly defined professional development programmes and career progression.

We provide a variety of educational support to researchers and partner organisations including:

• Access to Good Clinical Practice training and research governance.
• Student nurse and multi professional cadet scheme placements
• Support for PhD students
• Involvement in Local Research Network inductions
• Host for various research seminars
• Provision of specialist skills training for researchers and Principal Investigators based on their individual needs
• Continued development of the WTCRF website for all key information

In addition, our seminar room is for research related courses and seminars. It seats up to 38 delegates and is fully equipped with up to date audio-visual equipment.
